    Prior to your first visit at our dental clinic, it is recommended that you fill out a form with information regarding your health. When completing it from the comfort of your home, the procedure on site will go faster.

    For a cancellation, please call or email us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you fail to do so, you will be charged the service fees.
